"I got a machine today at the pharmacy and the pharmacy technician, I assume, that was attending me had no idea how to explain to me how the machine worked. Gave me all the wrong instructions and I asked if it was run on batteries and he said yes which I just found out it's not run on batteries. I've never dealt with such an unknowledgeable pharmacy tech in my life."
