"-7 stars if I could. This pharmacy is a joke. From the pharmacist to the girl who said she is the manager. The pharmacist said that he does not have a NCPDP ID number. Is he even a real pharmacist? The so called inventory person who has been there for a year…lol…did not know that needles for syringes are color coded for size. The girl manager said that nobody ever gave them a hard time before. I reminded her that I was not giving them a hard time. Ineptitude at it’s finest. With HEB and Walgreens right down the road, there is no reason for this place to be in business. Horrible service from unkind and uncaring people."

"I used to go here to get needles for my medication. Recently they implemented a new rule that you have to show your Rx to get needles. Not an issue. Today I went , showed them my Rx and asked for needles.. the young girl at the counter on your left automatically looked at me suspiciously and asked if where I got my mediation didn’t give me needles.. I guess they don’t want my business. Then she asked how many I wanted and I asked for ten so I won’t have to stop by monthly.. she looked at me like she was looking at a drug seeking junky and went to go ask “permission” if they could sell that many and then said they could only sell two needles. If you don’t want to sell needles then make it a policy to not sell to the public but don’t look at people like they’re trying to buy them for drug use. This assumption just sealed the deal and I’ll never shop there again. I just found my needles on Amazon and they don’t pass judgment. By the way, I’m a nurse. And yes im covered in tattoos and like band t shirts.. Don’t judge a book by its cover. You lose business that way"

"Been over a year now that I've been going to Autrey's and never will I go anywhere else! Always quick, convenient and helpful! The DME dept team is so helpful and sweet! Never had any issues!! Witnessed a class A KAREN the other day and was absolutely amazed at how professional, patient and helpful the manager still was!!! My whole family will always be an Autrey family!!!"
