"I was supposed to get a narcotic medication for severe chronic pain and they had told me two days. Which turned into one week, which turned into two weeks. When I explained to the manager my situation, she told me "I was more than welcome to retrieve the Rx and take it to some place else". Talk about customer service!!. CVS in the Brownsville area definitively need a shake up from Headquarters!"
