He is aware that large repairs cost a lot, so he gave me multiple options I could consider, even if it meant checking out other places. Tells you what needs to be done in order of priority, so you don't spend all your money of every thing that could be fixed. Very knowledgable and strategic. He's also friendly and eager to help!"
