"They cancelled a prescription I needed "because we are so close to the border" without giving me a heads up, on a Sunday afternoon, and having filled out a prescription a couple of weeks ago. They tried to blame it on company policy when the policy states it's at discretion of the pharmacist. So the pharmacist took a racist stance to cancel my prescription "because we are so close to the border""

Mrs. Judy and her Pharmacy staff are always so courteous and so professional. I can truly say that this Department staff take there job serious .They take there time to properly fill the prescriptions correctly, so no error arise that will hurt or endanger their pharmacy customers.From my years of shopping at this Pharmacy for my medication as well as my family . "It was horrible. I let my prescription and was hold to cone back in 2 hours. I returned 2 and a half hours and they said its ready but its needs to be checked. Waiting 20 more minutes I still couldn't get my prescription or a time when it would be ready. They said wait. I really need my meds and only after asking for them manager in charge of the pharmacy in finally got my prescription."

"They do take long but that’s why I call before I drive over there. The pharmacists are nice and helpful in the drive through or when I call. I don’t like getting down cuz they do take longer there and take a bit to come up to you. However, they are working and overall provide excellent service. The guy with glasses is the nicest of them in the drive through but I don’t know his name."

"Manager of the HEB stop harassing me. Manager cares more about the parking lot than customers. I have being staying at the hotel (Marriott) and I have my car on sale they called me to move my car. I used to go every day for groceries there to cook at the hotel and they assumed stuff ok I moved it to the hotel’s parking lot and they still calling me asking me if I am staying there at the hotel. Is not their business if I do or not. They got my phone cause the car has my phone number, however this is not nice. Now I will prefer go and eat out on my next 6 months I wanted to cook my own meals."
