"I purchased (what I thought were) diamond studs from Gustafson & Grey about a year and a half ago. At the time, I received pretty terrible customer service. The gentleman helping me was incredibly rude and short with me while I was deciding on my purchase. I asked him if he verified the jewelry to ensure it was real and that the $500 I was about to spend was well worth it. He told me that they still wouldn’t be in business if they sold fake jewelry. Turns out I should have been more careful, I was sold white sapphire earrings that I could have purchased for $50. Would highly recommend you don’t make any major purchases from Gustafson & Grey."
