"Every year my wife and I come to Galena for the Night of Luminaria and live windows. Each year we also buy a new puzzle from this store. Well it just so happens this year we had our infant daughter with us for the first time. Seeing as how this is the biggest Christmas weekend of the year and it's a family event, you would think stores would be receptive to that. Well the lady at the door very rudely informed us that no strollers were allowed inside, and I'm certainly not taking my baby out of her warm stroller when it's 30 degrees outside and she's bundled up perfectly. Needless to say, the tradition of buying puzzles once a year from this store is over. Judging from comments, I'm not the only one with issues dealing with the employees at this store. We won't be back and we'll definitely be letting all our friends know not to step foot in this store. We went into about 3 dozen other stores with our stroller and never had an issue. This was the only store that doesn't like children apparently."

"I have shopped here for years. They have never been super friendly but have " Life is Good " and other good quality merchandise. Today I went in and was told that I had to wear a mask. Hmmm. Her president, her CDC and her governor say I don't. You have lost a customer that always made your store my #1 stop. People can choose to run their businesses as they please and I can support those who I choose. Your tactics don't endear me to your business. I can shop online."
"I could not believe how rude the lady was when we walked in. We were in the store for less than 30 seconds before leaving. There were other friendly stores we went to instead. With all the other options, I will never return to this business. I was not surprised after reading the other reviews."
"I have to share in some of the earlier sentiments posted about how rude the lady who runs this place is. We were enjoying a nice day of shopping in Galena until we went into this store. For a store owner in such a touristy town she is incredibly rude and condescending to her customers. If your looking for a t shirt or something skip this place and take your business elsewhere like we did."
