Extremely rude, even the owner. 2nd time visiting; gave them another try after 1st visit was so nasty, thought maybe having a bad day, but no, seems to be their normal code of business. One sales lady even complained of the tourists!!! Really?, who pays for this store to be here. Witnessed help being rude to all clients, even those trying to make purchases. Great beautiful items, but not worth the attitude. Run, don't walk away from this place!!!"

"I had not been to Galena in a long time, and had fond memories. So a few weeks ago we decided to go for the day. Its about a 2 hour drive from where we live. This store was one of the first we stopped in... and I wish we had not stopped at all. We walked in and they were decorated for Halloween. And the decorations were actually quite cool. I asked how much one of the items were, one lady said, "It's not for sale." I then looked at something else and asked "Is this for sale?" Then the other lady who works there and I think owns it said in a nasty way, "WE ARE A BOUTIQUE, NONE OF THE DECORATIONS ARE FOR SALE." I then said to her, "I'm sorry I am not from around here, I didn't know." She then huffed and said "WELL THERE ARE SIGNS ALL OVER THE STORE." I just said to the nicer of the ladies, "I think this lady is being rude to me" We then all left her store. In my opinion, if you want people to buy your overpriced items you are selling, try being nice to your customer"
