Then the Derecho hit in 2020, due to damages, the basement flooded with rain water...they had my entire floor replaced in no time. And then water damage again this past fall due to plumbing leak in basement. The new floor looks amazing! Brooke and Doug are wonderful to work with! The installers do a great job! Thank you so much! "We recently added on to our home and looked for new flooring for the rooms at Carpetland. The second we walked in the door Brooke was there to listen and quickly brought out just what I was looking for! We wanted a darker wood look without the expensive price for our vision of a forest bedroom. When it came to the carpet I wasn't really sure where to go, but Brooke's knowledge lead us in the right direction and we couldn't be happier with the way the hallway and workout/toy room turned out! Jason did a great job of laying the flooring, he was very efficient and clean, which was really appreciated!"
