"If I could give this location a 0 I would. Jwana was extremely rude and disrespectful. The store closes at 11 and by 10:40she was already rushing us out the store. She also stood right behind me and my family telling us that we had to leave already. We felt harassed and discriminated, we were to made feel like we were stealing or doing something bad. We told her that she was making us uncomfortable and she said it was her job to stay there and watch us. I’d like to say that there were more people at the store but she was only harassing us. I’ve never had such a bad experience in a Burlington like that. I understand that people are tired and want to go home, but that’s never an excuse to treat people with disrespect. Jwana doesnt have any customer service skills, and if she doesn’t like her job maybe Burlington is not the right place for her. We are frequent shoppers but we will never be back here."

"This is a great Burlington location. Huge with a large selection of everything from clothes to accessories and makeup, rugs, home decor, handbags, shoes, pillows and bedding, pots and pans and other kitchen products, misc household items and even automotive accessories. The only downside to this place is how often the fitting rooms are closed. It makes no sense to sell so many clothes but have no fitting rooms open.. The prices are pretty good as expected and the workers are nice and friendly. The store is also very well kept and clean."

"Love Burlington!! They have a great selection of everything. Their decor has many different styles for such great prices. Their kids department has some really cute pieces to choose from. Honestly Burlington is my go to place when I am bored in the house!!"
