"Worst experience ive ever had at a dxl placed a pick up for a jacket called in to make sure they had received our pick up he confirmed the pick up and as soon as we pull up to pick it up the guy sells the jacket we were there to pick up we had just got off the phone with the guy a few min into us arriving then he says grab another size as we grab it he canceled our pick up saying i thought you left as he told us a few seconds ago to grab another one will never come to this store again it was one of the worst experiences ive ever had at a dxl"
