"Doctor sent to a different pharmacy than we discussed and they were closed before I could call. When I called in the morning I couldn’t get through for an hour and a half to discover the problem. Very frustrated and of course I only get matter of fact response when I voiced my frustration."

"Our daughter broke her arm on a Friday Evening. We passed 2 other urgent care facilities that didn't have x-rays available that late. We arrived one hour before closing and we received the best care! The facility is clean and new. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The check in process was easy and we were in a room in no time. She was very scared and in a great deal of pain and they were wonderful to her. Because of her pain, she wasn't able to put her arm into all of the positions needed. The next day we received a call because they were reviewing her images and wanted us to come back in for more imaging because they wanted to make sure that they gave us the best recommendation for future care (at no additional cost to us). I can't recommend them enough! They even emailed me all of the x-ray images to take with me to Texas Children's on Monday."

The staff were, without exception, delightful - and kept me highly informed, as well as taking the initiative to make sensible suggestions. Miss Kelsey was especially helpful, as was Dr Walter. I felt respected and very well treated, and would recommend this location without hesitation."
