"Worst service I have ever experienced from any pharmacy. I ran out of a medication two weeks ago and called for a refill. I was told it was to soon for a refill and I would have to wait. It’s a heart. Medication. I have called two more times and always get the automated phone system saying I have to wait two more weeks. Never a call back. No explanation. That’s four weeks without my meds. I run the risk of congestive heart failure if I don’t get this medication. I checked on line. My prescription only costs $11 which I would be happy to pay. ( it’s available from veterinarians for .10 per pill if you need it for your dog.) I have to call my Dr. to try to get him to intercede for me I guess. My dentist called in a prescription for antibiotics after a tooth extraction. I got a message four days later saying it was ready for pickup. I want to change to a different pharmacy but I’m 78 years old and I’m not even sure how to do that."
