"Count your Meds people. Just because container says the count doesn't mean that's what's inside. Count your meds once you receive them. I had 3 occasions where i was shorted and they refused to correct shortage. I will take my business elsewhere."
"I would rate lower but it's not fair to the rest of the pharmacy team due to one person. If the employee Guillermo is in, you might as well go at a different time for your medicine. He will be rude to you for absolutely no reason and hang up on you when you need help with your medicine. I just want to make people aware so that they don't experience the terrible service I experienced today."
"Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes ( on my lunch hour) because someone (the patient)didn't setup their insurance info before picking up their prescription.I understand things take time but those patients should be told either to come in to the pharmacy in person or to come back in an hour until everything is complete.when I finally drove up to rhe window it literally took less than 2 minutes to get my prescriptions and I was on my way."
