"The most wonderful and helpful staff."
"The male pharmacist is not much. I left a prescription to be filled. I never heard from them. There was a problem with it. When I returned, I was told about it. I communicated my surprise at the poor customer service, wondering why nobody called me. He actually sneered out that he wasn't anybody's Secretary! I caught some of his spit. They lost me forever"
"They almost never have prescriptions ready on time. I call to confirm my prescription has been received and will be ready by noon When I went to pick up they tell me they’re waiting on the order to come in… 3 DAYS! I go back and now we have a problem with the brand name of the med not being covered by my insurance. So they have to order the generic brand. What a waste of time that place is. I’m moving all my family’s prescriptions to another pharmacy. If this is the manner in which they run their business, I can only image the other mistakes and discrepancies that happen in that pharmacy. Get it together, people depend on you."
"The pharmacy staff is disgustingly rude. Absolutely no people skills not customer service. They talk over you and argue and make you seem like you're the person who's in the wrong when all you're trying to do is understand and recieve your Rx."
"I have this pharmacy as my usual and although other places may be more convenient, I love this one. I find the staff bend over backwards to help me with my tricky medical issues. I like how they seem to remember things and check on me when I next visit. They're great at explaining new medications and talking things through. I really like this place!"
