"Most of the people that work there are great. There is one male who is not who would be easily identified. But I won't do that, he knows who he is."

"Absolutely rude, incompetent simpletons work at this pharmacy. Don't know medications, don't have a sense of urgency, don't care about their customers issues. Only care about a paycheck and doing as little work as possible. Go anywhere else. To you employees, karma will catch up to you with that vile attitude you have. Keep acting like you are above other people."

"Walgreens is notorious for doing as little as possible but taking as much as possible. Absolutely no care or consideration when filling meds or doing their job properly. My daughter's first fill was temporary, and no one advised a prior authorization was needed at that time (despite saying it in tbeir processing system). The second time around I was told I would have to pay full price. The person failed to see a prior Auth was needed... until I refused to leave and then they properly reviewed the rejection code. Had it not been for being in pharmacy 9 years myself, doing QA, and doing technician work, I would have been another victim of this nonsense. So now she is going to go through withdrawal symptoms just because either someone (or multiple people) did not do their job properly or were just too lazy to do so. Even after speaking with a supervisor, they had little care about the fact that they are affecting lives with their lack of due diligence. He also stated they don't know who did everything wrong. (Which is also a lie.) Every claim that is ran is stamped with who and when. There is more to this, but it's a lot to write. They are not as knowledgeable as they should be. Just more lies and theives of the world. I think for every job a pharmacy lacks in doing PROPERLY, which they should, they should have to pay everyone back +for compensation. This isn't the only pharmacy that's a problem. Too many employees don't get proper lunches/breaks and it's a numbers game, risking quality. Unfortunately, Americans don't have proper options to fill needed medications. The contractual BS is a problem."

"Absolutely pathetic staff. I’m going through a severe allergic reaction my prescriber sent over two prescriptions and they LOST one of the prescriptions Kept talking over me and told me to buy the over the counter brand which would have cost me $60 out of pocket I’m also goin through a knee surgery recovery and am in excruciating pain on top of this they were extremely rude and put me on hold at least 5 times. I can’t believe these people still have jobs with the way they treat people. There is no empathy."
