"Been to a few stores shoe shopping yours was the last stop for me, honestly must say i wasn't expecting much of costumer service from retail store as pretty much everywhere I go it doesn't exist or just sucks! The guy working in your store- unfortunately I don't remember his name was awesome and definitely seemed like he cares about people. My advice to you is keep him happy keep him there. Great experience."

"We went today for my daughter birthday, to get her some shoes as a present. I believe the emplyees name was Gabriel, i just have to say how awesome of an experience they made it. She had so much fun with her cousins, I am truly grateful."

"The young man working today was a phenomenal employee! He greeted us immediately when we walked into the store and was attentive to our request of converse for our son! He proceeded to go above and beyond our expectations and let our son pick out five stickers for himself and helped him model his new shoes in the mirror! Such a great personality and pride in his work! He deserves some recognition!"

"Normally I don't take time to write a review, though this experience was ridiculous. I went in to return a pair of TOMS I purchased the same day at another Journey's location while I was out of town. I had briefly worn them home because the out of town Journey's employee said the lace shouldn't dig in to my foot though it did so I went to my local Journey's to return, no hard feelings. The male employee (not sure if he is manager) immediately had a weird attitude and said he couldn't take them because the bottoms had a thin layer of dust from my hardwood flooring. I politely took the shoe, wiped the dust off in one swipe, and explained it was at home and not outside. He raised his voice at me and sarcastically said "I understand that but it's our policy" and ran to the back. He made his female coworker come out with a wet towel and asked her to wipe off the shoe to see if it came off, as he clearly didn't want to deal with me, and she had said it easily comes off and told him it shouldn't be a problem at all. He told her very irritably to "just do the return and wipe them off". Mind you, it was a super thin layer of DUST from hardwood. Not dirt or grime, or anything gross from outside. She said "why should I wipe them off? What the heck?" (Not meant towards me, but towards him demanding her in a rude manner) and he said "um because I told you to." She ignored him and ran my return without a problem. I'm not so much upset at his poor treatment of me, though I am APPALLED at how he treated his coworker because he didn't want to accept my return. I will never bring business here again and I have half a mind to call corporate for how he treated that poor girl."
