"Its ok if you are a size 0, workers not very helpful and if you look a certain way they snub you. They have cute items but only if you are super tiny and like to show your unmentionables. The prices are expensive, I walked in and right back out when i realized as a size 5 I was being body shamed, no worries I will take my business elsewhere."

"I always do online shopping but I was in need of a gown for a wedding went in the store was empty, there was a worker there she made me feel uncomfortable since I stepped in. She was hovering over me cleaning around me . While i tried do look at dresses, asked her for a fitting room , she took the dresses from me without even looking at me . After I tried them on she asked about a hanger I didn’t have one for a dress she seemed upset and told me she would just find one and once again in a rude off manner still didn’t do any eye contact . The whole time she was just around me. I felt way to uncomfortable and rushed I felt my shopping was a drag to her I ended up leaving the store without a purchase even tho I loved 2 dresses i feel if you can’t have basic manners and nice customer service you should Not be doing retail. My money was spent elsewhere ! Please hire girls with a better attitude and make sure they make people feel welcomed and not as intruders."

"I needed to find a surprise birthday dress for my girlfriend and Mandi saved my life cause I had no clue what i was doing! Not only did my girlfriend love the dress, she even added a couple things that she absolutely loved! Overall i was in and out quick as well very pleased with their customer service."

"I was there on Wednesday evening with my daughter around 7:00 , we were looking for dresses for a wedding! I had a dress I wanted to try on about 8:00pm, they wouldn’t let me try it on because they were cleaning the dressing rooms! I had all my personal belongings in the dressing room that I still had to retrieve. I ended up buying a dress that I could not try on that is none returnable! Very disappointed in the service! Costumer service was horrible!"

"I had a great experience shopping at Windsor from Joliet area. I was looking for a cute classy outfit for my anniversary dinner but wasn't sure what exactly to wear. I had this very sweet sales associate , I think she told me her name was either Marlene or Marley I am not sure but anyway She was very sweet, attentive and truly care about me. She ask me what style Was I looking for, What color did I wanted and what material was I interested in. I wasn't sure all I knew was that I wanted to look classy. She took the time to show me different dresses romper's . Well the sales associate knew exactly what she was doing, I like everything she had pick out for me I ended up buying two dresses that she had also pick out for me. I was happy with my purchase I also got alot of compliments on my dress. I will definitely will be shopping here again."
