"1- online office hrs says 8AM - 8PM Not true it's 8-5pm, I went at 7pm to find out it was closed so I went the following day "Friday" 2- it also says open on Weekends Not true, they are closed 3- Showed up on Friday at 11:45am Front desk clerk goes to talk to Tech and comes back saying "they won't be able to see you because they are getting ready to go to lunch to come back after 2pm". 4- Sowed up again but at 3pm (for 3rd time) and front clerk sed "they won't be able to see you I told you to be here at 2!" To go back until Monday!! The parking lot and, lobby were completely empt, No patiens were there any of the times I visited. Not sure how/why they are still in business."
"The staff are the laziest people I have ever seen. Between 12-2pm don’t expect any service because they take 2 hour lunches, and after 4pm; they stop taking anyone else. Even with appointment they don’t respect these times. Don’t waste your time with this clinic."
"X-rays, ultrasounds, dopplers, and labs if covered by insurance. Staff nice. I've been going here for 3+ years. Dr. Guevara is amazing!"
"I needed just a simple blood test for my thyroid levels. 1.5 hours just for the blood draw, Haven't yet been able to get the results after 7 days elapsed time. Cannot get into their portal to see results of test. Phone call to SPI practice results in "non working" phone. Called head office in Brownsville, SAME RESULTS "non working". My discomfort level is causing muscle and joints to ache almost to unbearable levels. Why is this so darn difficult. I do not recommend this practice for medical help Please avoid at all costs."
"This is a doctor who is clearly more interested in the monetary gains of using every machine in his office to bill insurances, than in providing the care that patients need. I felt that he would even charge patients for using the bathroom if there was a way for him to do so. There are better options out there, especially since most of the positive reviews are coming from his own office staff."
