"I waited until I used Mavis twice before writing this review. The staff is friendly, and give it to you straight as to options. My son needed a tire for his car. They were able to match him with one tire, rather than pushing for all four to be replaced, and got him taken care of middle of the week, during the summer, and it was busy. It was still cost effective and appreciated. Most recently I stopped to use their "free air" machine outside the shop on a Sunday. One of the employees (Steven/Steve), popped his head out, and told me to bring the car around as the machine was not working. I instantly thought this was going to be a sales gimmick, but I was 100% wrong. Not only did he take care of the one tire I was concerned about, he took the time to check all four, made sure all were filled correctly, and gave me advice as to a consistent leak. NO PRESSURE as to services, or to do anything else. While I am sure he was busy, he still took the time to answer my questions, and get me safely on my way. Super impressed with the kindness shown. If I am looking for tires, or for a repair, I am going to Mavis in Shorewood for sure."

"I called last week to get a quote on having tires mounted/balenced. Price was avg. but then I was given a coupon code to bring the price down (and now the best price I could find) and so I decided to go ahead and schedule an appointment (this was my first time utilizing this tire shop). I brought in my tires and wheels this morning, all employees were very nice and the final price was exactly what I was quoted including the discount coupon pricing. Service didn't take long at all, by the time my son and I went and ate breakfast my tires/wheels were all done. They took care of my wheels as well, no marks or anything. I'm very happy with my service and will certainly keep this buisness/location in mind for next time I need tires mounted. Thanks!"

"Always a good experience. They took me right in for a flat tire. Tonight, the lady that helped me out at the front desk was great. And her personality really fun and pleasant. Great customer service. I'm back on the road soon. Back again for another tire. These roads! Still great service though. Same lady, same great attitude with much laughter to lighten my dilemma."

"When here, after we were hearing a grinding sound of what we thought was, our breaks, came in and could’ve been sold on the entire brake replacement, and instead left, knowing that are brakes were 40% on one side and completely fine on the other and there’s nothing to worry about, the technicians ended up just finding a stick on our breaks. Michelle was the most helpful and kind person I have interacted with, even though she was the only person in the store"
