Very Honest on previous owner and issues they’ve fixed on it, had a small hiccup after the purchase with a frozen door latch, Joe personally came to straighten everything out. I'm like the store, I provide service to many people and I do a lot of my business with them. I just picked up my 2024 Polaris Boost I snow checked with a lot of dealer installed options. I must say I am VERY impressed with Kale Martin’s honest upfront pricing also the daily updates of getting my sled ready for the season. Also there set up guy did a great job setting up the sled the way I wanted it done. Great job Kale & Team!"

"Love my mower. I was using a craftsman that I bought from a different store. It was okay, but I wanted to upgrade to something with a little more power and cutting size. I read lots of reviews and decided on a Deere. After visiting several places, I stopped by Shorewood. They were really helpful and helped me pick the right model. I've had my Deere for 3 seasons and its performed really well. I've managed to cut my mowing time by 30 minutes."
