"I heard a change in the sound of my exhaust. Brought my car to the motor doc for an inspection. They were very busy, but they gave me the results of the inspection within 2 hours. However the issue was explained incorrectly over the phone. They said I needed a muffler and quoted me $350. I talked them down to $280, but decided to take my car to Oxbo muffler in Joliet instead as they quoted me $140 for a new muffler (2013 Honda Civic). Oxbo showed me the issue and decided to save the muffler by just rewelding the broken pipe back together. ended up only paying $60."

"I was very impressed with Doc Motors. The receptionist was very helpful and the oil change I had done, with with the multi point inspection, gave me peace of mind that all of my essential fluids were checked and filled and I was on my way in 1 hr. The waiting room was fantastic and if you bring your child with you ,there is a fantastic play area with books for them to read and toys to play with. All in all I will say I will be back for my routine maintenance and ,hopefully, not too soon any other work that my car might need. Thank you one and all for a great experience."
