"I want to start I’ve been going to this Firestone for years & never had a problem until my last visit. I went to get a wheel alignment/tire installation. First I want to start off by saying I had an 8am appointment and wasn’t seen until 8:45am. (What’s the point of booking an appointment if I’m going to wait almost an hour) 2nd after I was helped. An employee by the name James comes and tells me that they would not be able to 1.install my tires bc they’re not from the store & 2. They’re not the right size. So I tell them that’s fine I can go return the tires from whenever I got them and get the correct size. James told me that I would be charged $120 for labor. I was charged $120 for nothing. Then they put my car back in the parking lot and had me waiting another 30 minutes until I was given my car back. As soon as I got into my car I noticed they put the tires in the back seat, making my back seat dirty from the tires and couldn’t even inflate my tires to the proper air pressure. Definitely left with a bad taste and will not go back to this location."

"Went in today for a seasonal tire swap. Tires were already mounted on rims and no new parts were involved. Excluding my first visit to Firestone almost 2 years ago, there is always confusion among their staff on how to charge the tire swap, which leads to the invoice getting priced incorrectly. I understand if this isn’t a service request they get regularly (?) but the staff has assessed & resolved the situation kindly in the past. I didn’t mind having this happen each visit until today. A man who appeared to be a manager called me to their work area & began by asking me why each time I come in I end up receiving a “credit” back to my card. This was the first red flag because it felt like he was accusing me of ripping them off each time I come in… I explained the previous amounts Ive paid for a tire swap at Firestone & that every visit I get charged 10x more which leads the staff to reassess the charges & admit they priced the service incorrectly. He then said that the previous charges are wrong and tried to break down the costs. He also asked me the reason why I was charged a lower price in the past. This threw me off because you’d think that a business & its staff would know how they price services & why? We settled on a price that was higher than what I have paid in the past but less than the highest one he was trying to charge me. I accepted this thinking that the service cost may have increased in the past year. The workers were barely beginning to unload the tires I wanted put on my car during this conversation & they told the man that the tires were already mounted & that it’d be a simple swap, which gave the impression that the guy didn’t even look at the tires or assess the situation before calling me back there… It was very uncomfortable & his way of communicating was overall accusatory & lacked customer service skills. & get this: they ended up charging me the price I’ve always paid since I first started coming here, which is different than the amount the guy said he was going to charge me & I agreed to. Didn’t receive any apology or explanation. Overall unpleasant experience with this man. During my time waiting in store today I also saw/heard him yelling at another worker in the work area. It sounded pretty bad that myself and another customer instantly turned to look in their direction when we heard it. All of the other guys that have handled my car services in the past have been professional and have communicated kindly. The only worker who made this visit pleasant was Jim who was up at the front. Incredibly professional and friendly. Also shout out to the older gentleman with the Santa hat for great service."

"My apologies Nick and Pete, I picked up my key in a hurry and I'm sure I came off rude but didn't mean to... Just needed to pick it up while I was in the area and had like 5 minutes to spare at the most. Anyway, bottom line is Firestone is the real deal, they all know what they're doing every single technician in that shop when it comes to maintenancing or repairing your car. I have heard some people say that their prices are high, however you get what you pay for and I stand by that statement; today I got an alternator replaced without any cost to me. Granted it was less than 6 months old but Firestone covered under parts and labor warranty 100%. I usually recommend Discount Tire to all of my AAA members that ask me for recommendations however I may be recommending Firestone as a first call more often now that I have experienced firsthand that they are a stand-up company. Thanks gentleman for doing the work and taking care of me, I'll be back for future purchases you can guarantee it. -Mike"

"On a whim, I walked into this place with low hope I could get 2 tires replaced so late on a Sunday becuz Mavis Tire (shorewood) left me hangin' and in a real tuff situation. I walked in & noticed how clean the place was & thru the window I can see the garage area was nice also. Guy at the front desk named Juan, I think, started punching in my info & said yeah, he can get me in & showed me the big selection of tires in their inventory. He recommended tires that were made more for my style of vehicle, and I agreed on it. I recommend this place to anyone."
