"I called the store last Saturday to see if they still had a freezer that was on sale and discontinued. The website said they had one left. I spoke with Lori in Customer Service. She told me that she had no one at that moment working in Housewares so she herself would have to go back and check. Lori stated that she would call me back within a short time with an answer. I gave her my phone number and before hanging up with me, Lori reassured me again that she would return my call. About 20 minutes went by and then my phone rang. It was Lori letting me know that they did have the freezer I wanted. She said it was up high and wanted to make sure I was really interested in buying it as she would have the guys get it down for me. I told her I was on my way. I arrived at the store a short time later and went in and paid for it. Then I went to pick it up and it was ready and waiting for me. Hats off to Lori who did an outstanding job helping me out! I appreciate her very much!!"

"Their battery left me stranded. Purchased battery in 2021 with a 7 year warranty. This was the main reason I purchased their battery. I went into the store to exchange it as it's still under warranty and they refused to honor it without a receipt. Why am I required to find a receipt from years ago when the battery has the warranty listed on the battery itself along with the manufacturer date. UPDATE: customer service upheld the warranty and was able to exchange the non working battery for a good one."
