They held a dress for weeks because we couldn’t visit due to covid exposure, were personal, and so kind in understanding the importance of one specific dress for me. "Let me start by saying that Bella's was the seventh bridal store I've visited, and none of the previous six stores I had been to were particularly positive, so I was feeling quite hopeless and downtrodden regarding finding what I was looking for. Upon arriving to my appointment, Janira was super welcoming and understanding. Throughout the appointment she was very attentive and patient, and she helped me to find my dream wedding dress! Bella's Bridal has a wonderful selection of gowns, with VERY reasonable price points. I said yes to my dress and couldn't be happier! Thanks to Bella's Bridal and Janira for being so incredibly helpful!"
"I love this place. The ladies are always so nice and friendly and are always willing to help out. I got my 15 dress here and now my sister ordered her wedding dress from here too. The ladies always try to find what is best for you and give you advice and tips. They always make sure the customer is happy so their service is outstanding. Any time my friends ask me for a place where they sale dresses I always recommend them this one."
"Bella's saved me!!! I had ordered a bridesmaid dress through another salon who ordered the wrong style dress that came in two weeks before the wedding and the offered no help with horrible customer service. I called Bella's that day, they offered to look up what dresses were available by the manufacturer and I was able to order a new dress that day and my dress was in the next week and alterations were offered at a fair price. My dress was ready for me a day later!!! Everyone is very helpful."
