"The manager here (lady in green hair) is so rude. I came to return an item and it had a stain on it when I purchased it that I didn’t notice. She told me that I couldn’t return it because there’s no way to verify that it was not purchased in this condition. All of this I was fine with and understand different policies , HOWEVER, her delivery of this news was TERRIBLE. She gave me attitude and was so rude . All she had to say was “I’m sorry ma’am but unfortunately I cannot accept bc of blah blah” and I would have understood. She was extremely rude and should not be in customer service. There was no reason to treat me the way she treated me."
"This is a no frills clothing retailer. that's not intended to be a negative just a description of the merchandising as opposed to the merchandise. Tightly packed rack after rack of clothing. No fancy presentations just very reasonable prices. Some better known brands mixed in mostly arranged by simply size. The prices offered seem to be the result of buying overruns, discounted items etc."
"This store gets worse worse, you lost 4 customers in the same visit because you decided to focus on cleaning the store than to open your fitting rooms for families to try one clothes.. I much recommend going to the one in Hoffman Estates.. “short staff” while you have 4 people on the floor on a slow day “cleaning” but have 2 cashier’s with no lines and yet don’t have enough staff to watch the fitting room. Ridiculous"
"I entered this store two times last 10 months.. I got Covid first time and second time I got viral fever. It’s always crowded and less maintained, I felt floors not being vacuumed for ages, not going again."
"I found two coats for my sons, which was a huge surprise! I was honestly thinking I wouldn't find any. I am truly disappointed in the quality of coats and the clothes they are offering now. Their homes goods department are always more than I expect. But I never look in their clothes department for adults. The kids' section is good. But the coats for men and women ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED ME.. TRULY"
