"Horrible customer service. After searching through many Christmas dresses I was lucky and found 2 of the same . One brand new with the tags on was priced at 8.50 the other used was 10. When I went up to the register I asked can we do them both for 8.50 seeing that the brand new one was priced cheaper then the clearly used same dress in the same size. The girl at the register was like oh yeah that’s weird let me ask , she went over and explained and asked the lady (pretty sure she’s the owner) going through stuff who didn’t even bother to look up from what she was doing to say no we already paid the customer. That explained absolutely nothing because I’m sure neither customer was paid $8.50 or $10. The girl that asked looked just as confused as I did and didn’t really know what to say besides yeah im not sure why they were priced like that . I sell a lot of stuff here and honestly I will never again. They make a ton of money off the items and then when a customer who sells alot AND makes frequent purchases asks to save $1.50 can’t even get a answer without a rude response that makes no sense totally turned me off to ever coming back . Save your time and your items sell them yourself on facebook or something."

"The most DISGUSTING and heartless customer service I have ever experienced. My twin 4 year olds and I spent time folding and boxing up the clothes neatly just to drive 40 minutes to drop it off. When we got there, the shop was empty and the workers were just standing around. My two 4 year old twin daughters walked in holding the small boxes in their arms and the staff pretty mych immediately rejected us and told us they were "too busy" and had too many items to go through already. We had two very small boxes of high quality clothes and I expressed to them we had driven 40 minutes just to drop it off. They did not care and turned us away. If it were just me, fine, but they rejected my 4 year old daughters to their faces and didn't care that we drove 40 minutes. They didn't feel bad at all turning my 4 year olds away. Completely heartless people. Last time, I sold them 8 PAIRS of shoes that were worn probably once or twice at most and only received $23 in total for them. Don't sell to them. Donating is better than selling to these people. Don't go here."

"Never had a bad experience, I LOVE everything about this store. There clean organized prices are great with sometimes having discounts. When you buy stuff it accumulates to getting 20% off your purchase. Have found lots of season clothes for my 3 and 18 month old at great prices"

"Pretty solid selection. Been to a few locations and this one is run with higher standards. Have had pretty good experiences selling clothes. Quick turn around and I usually make out reasonably. I keep my expectations low. I’m able to use that money towards buying my kids next sizes up using the store credit option. It would be a 5 star but I’ve had a few mix interactions with the workers. Mostly pretty neutral. A few times a little cold. In my experience just a bit sharpened from previous difficult sellers/ customers. But overall it’s a clean, reasonable,and well stocked. Update… I think something positive has changed since I’ve gone in the last few times. Specifically with the customer service. It’s really turned around so I’m going to switch from a 4 star to a 5 star."
