"I arrived at the store and couldn’t get my print project to upload to be printed on the machines. I asked an associate for assistance and he did not provide any help, let alone alternative suggestions. I then went online in the parking lot and was able to upload my presentation through the website and order that way. My order was placed at 8:44 and confirmed as received by the store at 8:45. The estimated time for pickup was 9:30. At approximately 9:15 I approached the counter to check on the status and waited seven minutes for someone to assist me. At 9:23 they finally started the project, but proceeded to be confused and have zero idea how to do it. The associate then lied about being a manager and refused to provide any manager contact information, including a name to ask for the next day. After going back and forth for over an hour, the associate handed me an incorrect and completely unusable presentation, not wirebound or in any way what I was paying for. After the associate continued to decline to provide any contact info for a manager, I finally left at 10:02 after having wasted an hour and a half of my evening. Not only could you not provide the service I paid for, but your employees also ensured that I wasted what little time would’ve been left to get it printed somewhere else. I needed this first thing tomorrow morning and this store royally screwed me over when they could have just said at 8:45 that they didn’t know what they were doing and I would’ve had time to make alternate arrangements. Horrible experience, extreme need for customer service training, absolute lack of product knowledge, and an incredible waste of my time. None of those employees deserve to have a job in customer service and they certainly don’t act like they even want one."

"I think his name is Chris? The cashier tonight who was very smiley and friendly was extremely pleasant and kind! Very patient and very nice."

"Trina that works in the pharmacy called me an Idiot because It took to long to get my ID out of my wallet. Instead of waiting she then refused to ring up my order. I truly dont know how a older woman like this can talk to customers and still work at any Walgreens. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Then I go upfront to ring up my order and they do not need my ID taken out of the holder to ring it up after Trina said that they have to and then refused service."

"The worst Walgreens ever!!! WARNING!! Per the pharmacist!!! Typo’s happen on prescriptions!!!! I was only supposed to be giving my dog a half a pill of Hydrocodone. My dog weight is less than 10lbs. My dog almost overdosed and died!! Bc they put on his prescription bottle to give him a pill and a half! I know they did this on purpose!! On December 7th, there was a very rude Indian lady at the pharmacy. And she had a problem with me for no reason! Ik she did this! When I called today.. the pharmacist stated that was a typo.. and that happens. She also stated they’re unstaffed. I understand, no one cares.. bc it’s just a dog!… But what if your overdosing your child or love one.. JUST BC OF A TYPO from the pharmacy!?"

"I experienced poor customer service at the drive-through. The attendants, one with long hair and the other individual, were both discourteous and disrespectful. Walgreens needs to do something about this So many complains about service"
