"I usually get the McAlister club which is awesome. But I wanted to try the vegan sandwich which was really good to my surprise since I'm not vegetarian. They offer great side dishes like potato salad or fresh fruit."

"This place is absolutely ridiculous. This is the third time we’ve been here and the Crackers y have no butter, yet they sell baked potatoes. What?? You get one package of butter and a story, that other stores take their inventory, and they don’t have enough for their own store. Plus the delivery truck hasn’t arrrived. The potato was cold and hard. I asked for some cheese and onion for my chili and couldn’t get any. They were out of specific sandwiches. They didn’t have any carrot cake or pulled pork sliders. The employees say that other stores take their inventory. That’s not my problem. Figure out your inventory control and address it. Young lady at the counter was crying when we stepped up to order because a previous customer was upset. Very poorly managed. I’m done with this place!! Third time with no butter or inventory. I asked for a total refund and left. I will spread the word."
"When I want a salad this is the kind of salad I want. The Asian crunch salad is jam packed with veggies. Everything is crisp and fresh. And absolutely love the sesame ginger dressing. That's my recommendation."
"This is our first time visiting McAllister‘s deli. When we used to go visit my daughter at Illinois State University we always wanted to stop but never had the time to. So glad that there is one closer to us now. It was very clean on the inside. They have so many tasty things on their menu. The French dip the macaroni and cheese and ham and Swiss sandwich are all wonderful. The ultimate nachos were very large, and had so many ingredients on them. Everything tasted exceptional. Fast service hot food very clean interior."
