"Worst establishment to order food from. They talk to you rudely, they never make a meal correct, and if you call them about it... well you'll be left on the phone being laughed at and made fun. Hailey who claims to be the manager(if even her real name), should be let go for how nasty she is to others. The reviews don't lie. Save your money and the stress, go to another place and enjoy your meal."
"I spenr $28.00 at this location. I ordered an Avo Turkey sandwich. They gave me all brown disgusting guacamole and pickles which I ordered tomatoes. No tomatoes and a sad gross sandwich that would make anyone want to puke!!! I wish I could post the pics, Unacceptable!!!!"
"Just received my Italian that I explicitly asked for with no cheese multiple times and of course it came with cheese. So frustrating as this is the third time it’s happened at this location. Really makes me reconsider coming to this location ever again and giving them business if they can’t follow clear instructions."
"The Mediterranean chicken flatbread sandwich is very good. My sister said the hummus, combined with cucumbers and peppers was very tasty. I love the ambience of potbelly it’s very inviting. The restaurant was very clean and the staff for friendly everything in our order was cooked correctly."
"Edit: 10/6/22: I emailed them a few weeks ago and they never replied. Potbelly has really just lost all the sparkle they once had. Went thru the drive thru on 9/17/22 at 2:09pm and they didn't put any chicken salad on my sandwich. I ordered two sandwiches (made one a meal), one turkey and one chicken salad. I went to eat it and realized I was either eating the least filled sandwich ever or they forgot to put the chicken salad on my sandwich. I can't believe it, I've never experienced anything like this before. It's almost comical. There was only my toppings and cheese on the bread. So, I tried calling the store and it just rang continuously. I attempted to contact Potbelly on their website and the site doesn't let me even choose a location. I just want my money back for my sandwich considering it is just bread, cheese, lettuce, mayo, mustard, oil and seasoning. I couldn't go back to the store because I'm on my lunch break. What a bummer."
