"2nd time trying to get a pizza from here even with the first time being overcooked. This time food was not the issue it was the staff (specifically the manay.) Hours says they open at 10:30 AM. I tried to put order in on at 12:30 and would not go thru. Was close by so I stopped at the store at 12:35 am, closed no one there. Went back to the store at 1 pm, two people in the store no one working. I simply asked if they were open now to which the manager would not say a simple yes or no but only wanted to say "How can I help you?" I had to explain that I was trying to place an app order so I can use a code. Manager gave a smart response and walked away with an attitude. I won't be back and hope this franchise restaffs or closes."

"I ordered an old world pepperoni pizza and received an uncut, burnt, classic pizza. I was charged nearly double for what I actually ordered. I called the store and advised them of this was told that I could bring it back and they would have the right one ready for me when I arrive. When I arrived they acted as if they had no idea why I was there and proceeded to tell me that this was the pizza and that the only difference is that the pepperoni curls… which is not the description of the old world pizza that has cheese and pepperoni to the edge and 100 pepperonis. They took the uncut, overcooked, classic and told me it would be 7 minutes for the old world… when I received the new pizza it appears to be the exact same pizza, the one i brought back to them, tired of arguing and too many hungry children but I will think again before ordering here. Honestly disgusted with the level or service and care, you’re supposed"
