"I ordered a hot coffee and they did not add enough cream so I went back to get some more cream and open my coffee to see a bug in my coffee and my friend ordered a white powdered donut that was rock hard and I went to take it back to get a different one and the manager gave me a snobby attitude saying how that’s how it’s supposed to be and told the worker to just give me another donut and walked away."
