"The workers here were extremely rude and closed the restaurant early, denying us our pre-ordered food. We payed for our food online for pickup, and because I mentioned that the lady was being rude, she straight up said “I’m not giving you your food” and would not give us our food. Instead, the two workers went to the back and started laughing at us. Extremely unprofessional, these employees have awful customer service and were dressed in inappropriate uniforms."

"Ordered 2 hard tacos, a side of beans and a beef chalupa combo. Cost me a little more than $28. When I got home with our dinner I found that they gave us a chicken chalupa instead of a beef one and the hard shells of both tacos were rancid. I called the manager and told him I ate the first taco, thinking something seemed to taste funny and then I tried eating part of just the shell of the second taco which is when I concluded the shells were rancid. I then asked my husband to try a bite of the second taco and he agreed the shells were rancid. The manager told me the store makes new taco shells fresh every day. I told him I hoped I wasn’t going to get sick and that he may want to double check the hard shell stock because my tacos were really bad. The manager did not offer to replace nor refund my order. I’ve been a very loyal Taco Bell customer but this experience really turned me off. I’m so disappointed!"

"Avoid!!! 4 attempts to get food in recent months. Always piss poor service and the manager needs to go. Aldi's is next door and really make your own taco's and let this place close down. Pathetic excuses every time."

"This location is rough. Pulled in the drive though at about midnight, there was no one else in line and still took close to 20 mins to get our food (would have just left after 10 but already paid). The staff inside looked like they were trying to figure out how to land a cargo plane on a Hot Wheels track. Pure chaos. After all that… the good wasn’t even edible. Just flat out gross."
