"I ate there on Feb 5, 2024. There was no wait. Prices very reasonable compared to McDonalds and Wendy's. Compared to Wendy's and McDonalds in Palos Heights, dining area was more comfortable and the soda machine was easier to access. Had not had a Whopper in 5 years and taste was fine. French fries, while unhealthy anywhere, were good. I will return here in July."
"I said that I wanted to dine in twice, but the man at the register still put my stuff in a bag. I also ordered onion rings but didn't get any. When I told him, the man at the register didn't apologize that he missed it. I'm not coming back!"
"Asked for no onions and no mayonaise. At home see wrapper marked no onions and no mayonaise open wrapper and see mayo on both. Go back and they remake it, I check it before leaving and now there is onions. Go back inside and manager herself remakes it a third time. Not coming back to this location that has a history of bad service, food or combinations. This location was closed down for a time and reopened---should have stayed closed down"
"I got something different than what I ordered, although I was alone with my friend in the restaurant, my friend didn't get the fries he ordered, when he asked the staff they told him he hadn't ordered it. there was only me and my friend in the restaurant, we waited 20 minutes for 4 wraps and 1 wooper"
"Normal BK but service was just terrible system got messed up so they had to reboot it no biggie was just waiting the the lady had to charge me twice cause she typed the wrong amount in no big deal even though the whole thing took like eight minutes but then when she throws our bag into my girlfriends hand and we still are nice enough to say have a nice day she gives my girlfriend the nastiest look and slams the door in her face! I don’t know not the one to leave bad reviews but just seriously terrible service we weren’t rude at all even in the circumstances cause we both work retail we know how it is and the transaction did not need to be ended so disrespectfully"
