"Ordered chicken burrito bowl, i wanted black beans but i got regular ones. I also putted what i want tomato salsa cheese and sour cream but I got quarter of a portion of what I get at any other Chipotle. Chicken was so dry, chewy and disgusting. Really disappointed with this Chiopte. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!"
"The chicken was chewy and disgusting, added lots of rice but just a pinch of lettuce, sour cream, and corn salsa. Tastes plain and no flavour. Tortilla came dry. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed."
"I ordered for pick up here as I usually am a huge fan of chipotle. I usually have never had a problem at my local chipotle with getting my correct order. However this is the second time this place has messed up my order. This time I am severely disappointed as I ordered a chicken bowl, white rice, black beans, pico, lettuce, sour cream, cheese and guac. I understand at the time there guac was out however that’s not my main concern. My concern is that i received a bowl with barbacoa, brown rice, pinto beans, and corn. I am disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least. My chips that ordered aswell look undercooked. Please don’t come here if you want a correct order."
"The young man working the front counter was incredibly rude. No smile. No greeting. Never said one word. No hospitality AT ALL. I asked if they had steak and all he did was shake his head no. He didn't say "No, ma'am" or "no, sorry" or even offer some kind of wait time until more steak can be prepared. My only choice was chicken. There was not much else available ( meat wise) on a Sunday night at 6:45 p.m. And, their front prep area was very messy....not wiped down at all. I don't leave bad reviews, but this location needs to hire workers with better people skills and good manners, and to teach them to keep the food choices stocked at peak dinner times. Even the customer that was right after me couldn't believe that all he could order was the chicken, since there were no other choices."
"got delivery and the guac came brown, the chips were soggy, my tomatoes were yellow and lettuce was wilted. seems like they used yesterdays batch- nothing was fresh. couldnt even eat any of it, took a few bites and immediately felt sick"
