"I LOVE THIS PLACE SO SO SO MUCH! it is so incredibly budding i fell in love with my spaghetti at first sight. the customer service was through the roof satisfactory and had an incredible time eating with my friends and the super kind employees at this location. i give my deepest thanks and appreciation and my pasta was freaking bussing."
"My food was great! I got the spaghetti and meatballs sub impossible panko chicken and it was cooked perfect I never have a problem with my food here. Didn’t take long to come out either. Josephine was such a sweetheart as well I will definitely be back !"

"The food is always prepared correctly at this location. The food is always fresh. The service isn't so good. I walked in and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. Not one of the ladies working in the kitchen greeted me or asked if I was there for a pick-up. Eventually, I sat down at one of the tables. After about 3 minutes of me sitting at the table, one of the cooks came to the front and asked if I was there for a pick-up. I did order my food online. The food was prepared perfectly. However, I would prefer to be greeted either upon entry or while I'm standing at the counter. Each customer that walked in after me, one of the cooks greeted them right away and came to the counter immediately upon the customer arriving at the counter. Great food, selective customer service."
"Food took about 10 mins to make after being ordered. Visited during lunch on a weekday with coworkers. The penne fresca with shrimp had undercooked pasta and the japanese pan noodles with tofu had noodles that were not mixed properly with the sauce. The top part of the to-go bowl had noodles that were cooked and mixed properly with the sauce and rest of the ingredients, however, the bottom of the bowl had white noodles as if they just came out of the package. The broccoli in the bowl was raw and not cooked at all. I was disappointed with the chef in the kitchen who cooked these pasta bowls as I have been to other noodles and company locations and the food cooked was very good but this location apparently does not have a good cook."
