"I went in to tell a waitress a party of 4 adults and 5 kids are coming in because I didn't want the waitresses stressed out. Went in 10 min later and the waitress I informed didn't tell anyone we were coming and handed us off to another waitress who was visually nervous and trying to push tables together to make room struggling."
"Went on Sun at noon. Crowded. Took 35 minutes to get our food. Then the order was wrong. Ordered eggs over easy- They were over hard almost burnt. Sour dough toast was so burnt and hard. Ordered a burrito bowl and fries. A burrito came with hash browns. Also Ordered country fried steak and eggs and the steak had an odd taste. Server did not come back to see if everything was OK for another 15 minutes. Very poor service and bad food"
"Food was good, eggs were a little under done than what I asked for, but not too bad, ate them anyway. The waitress did ask if they were done correctly when she bought them to the table, I said they were ok, so that's on me. Waitress was attentive and nice. Overall good experience."
"After knowing that around me IHOP were closing I found the one in bolingbrook it’s find it just need more waitresses came back notice that the y pick up on staff all the lady’s were amazing I order my food and in 15 min I got served keep up the good work ihop staff good job and dealing with a lot of customers I will be coming back with the family thank you Joni for the beautiful experience in I hop"
