"The staff was amazing, polite, friendly, and very helpful. Sadly the only reason I’ve taken my car elsewhere is that they stock aftermarket high performance parts and were nearly $700 below your estimate. My family went to that location for well over 25 years when we began to notice that every time we brought a car in for repair, “coincidentally” and without fail, some other, unrelated part stopped working or broke within the next week or two. Literally 100% of the time. So we started going elsewhere, but I came back seeing as it’s been a few years and everyone deserves a second chance. I’ll still give you folks that second chance the next time your estimate is lower than your competitors. Thanks for reaching out to me. That also means a lot to me. Thanks you very much for your time, Jeffrey Brabow."

"Similar sentiment to what others are writing here. I showed up for 11:00 pre-scheduled oil change and at 12:20 they had still not taken my car back nor provided any updates or communications to me about what was going on. I left without service. The new manager was very apologetic but not helpful or transparent about what we should expect. Upon my request for keys back to leave, he explained they were down several technicians. Which is fine, but then need to schedule based on that number. He also referenced a yelp review provided by a "disgruntled employee", turns out the review was written by the wonderful Madison who used to work the front desk here. Highly recommend checking out her review for additional just to what has happened at this location. I miss Madison and Tom and hate hearing what has gone down. Will not be back."

"The New manager Eric was extremely helpful by getting my vehicle in for an oil change at short notice! He is very knowledgeable about cars and what they need as far as routine maintenance and told me what to watch for in order to avoid costly repairs in the future. I will definitely use the Mid Rivers Midas in the future for all my oil changes and repair work when needed!"
