"Let me just say whoever was working 2/3/25 around 8pm on the front taking orders needs to be elsewhere and not the front facing person for the store. Came in and received no greeting or I’ll be with you in a moment. I assumed someone else would be the one helping but after waiting for a bit they finally stopped and took my order. They didn’t want to be helping, spoke so softly I could hardly hear them, and offered nothing in the way of any positivity. Just felt like they didn’t want me to be there at all. If you’re the manager please find them a place doing something else. I’ll drive the longer distance to the location on 75th instead of coming back to this location again."

"A little sad. Im pregnant and was really hungry so my husband ordered me some food from here. I went on my lunch to eat and found several pieces of bright red hair in my food. As a very hungry pregnant lady, I’m really disappointed and won’t be eating here. I have natural black hair! Disgusting."

"Food was burnt. Soup was about half full. Noodles were disgusting. I called and the person on the phone said he has to speak to his manager and have someone call me back but he never took my number or any info to even call back. I had to drive all the way back and I returned it all. I will never eat at this location again. I had to literally clean off the drink machine to get my drink. The place was also not very clean."

"Been here a couple of times before, with visits that are few and far in between. But I do go back to see if things have changed or improved since my last visit. This time I ordered Pad Thai, as the other items on the menu were like new inventions, not really the traditional noodles. Once again, I wasn’t very enthusiastic with my dinner. The Pad Thai noodles were al dente. Does the chef know that Asian noodles should be soft? Perhaps I needed a knife so I don’t have to be slurping the long noodles. There is an extra charge to add meat. I chose diced chicken. The dish was tasty, and had the right ingredients of a traditional Pad Thai except that it was a bit greasy with light vegetable of olive oil. This definitely was an American Style recipe. If they can’t get my Pad Thai right, I doubt if I would even try their other Asian noodles.Note to self: If you get cravings for Pad Thai, go to a mom and pop Thai restaurant. Lastly, I’ve been to several Noodles and Company restaurants, and each restaurant has their own style of preparing their dishes."

"We stopped here for take out. The service was fast and friendly and the place looked clean. The staff was knowledgeable about various allergy related items on their menu. They offer a patio for those who like to enjoy their meal outside. The location is convenient, but maybe a bit difficult to find at first."
