"Went in yesterday right when they opened. ( which is at 11 am) The manager unlocked the doors 6 minutes after opening time. We ordered soup and salad which took 20 minutes to get. This is the second time this has happened. The soup was cold. How do you not have hot soup ready for lunchtime? Our server was great He made sure to be honest and tell us that the iced tea wasn't ready but making a fresh batch. I made sure to take care of him because it was not his fault. The Manager was the same as last time around. Who just seems to not care? The funny thing about this is that we were the only customers in there. I also work in this industry so to just see an empty restaurant and get cold food was just sad"

"Horrible service! We haven't been to Red Lobster in a very long time because the last time we went, the food was horrible. We decided to give it a try again, since it's close and who doesn't lover their cheddar biscuits! We went on Monday evening (2/19). The place was pretty dead. There were 3 other tables that were occupied and two servers and a bartender that I saw. We finally got sat after a few minutes of waiting by the hostess stand. We were sat at a dirty table. We asked the server to wipe down our table, which he did. He gave us our menus and didn't come back to take our drink order for 10-15min. Meanwhile a party of 8 got sat near us. The server finally came back to take our order. A few minutes later he brought out the biscuits, but no drinks. The table of 8 decided to leave since the same server never came back to take their drink order after being seated for at least 15min. Server dropped off our drinks and food and was never seen again! Didn't ask if we needed anything, literally put our plates down and walked away! We needed refills, more biscuits & sour cream, which we never got. The lobster I got was very mushy and cold. The shrimp scampi was pretty good. Since the server never came back we paid through the table kiosk and left. We will not be back to Red Lobster anytime soon, especially to the Bolingbrook location! I can see why the parking lot is always empty when I drive by! Do better!!!!"

"This location has really gone downhill. Saturday night...location was maybe 30% full....arrived at 6:15 for a party of two and did not get served the entrees until 7:30 (no appetizers or soup/salads). The server seemed surprised we hadn't received our entrees and asked for our order again (did not appear as though the kitchen ever received it). Table of six was seated and they were delivered another table's entrees not less than 5 minutes after being seated. Food was bland and overcooked. Appears to be little to no coordination between the front and back of the house. Appears to be some definite employee morale issues with no clear manager on duty. Waited over 20 minutes for the check. No discounts were offered nor were any requested. And the icing on the proverbial cake was having to endure hearing "I want it that way" by the backstreet boys."

"Absolute terrible experience. Placed a curbside pickup order for two pastas, biscuits were dry and old and pasta had no sauce. I was told I could not be issued a refund until tomorrow? And was pretty much pushed off with just giving me extra sauce. I called in the morning to talk to general manager Ashley. She is extremely unprofessional and had no concern. Told me she would issued my refund. I went there November 19th, today is December 4th and still no fund. Also she acted as if she was doing me a favor by offering me a replacement meals. I had to call corporate to file a complaint in order to get my refund and be compensated for my terrible experience. I will never come back here. I see why this place is empty."
