"Where do I begin. We were told that our land would be surveyed. We got the run around for many months until they told us they weren’t going to do it because they had already done it and there was suppose to be stakes in the ground.(no stakes). When we purchased the land there was a cotton crop and they explained it to us that we had to let the farmer pick up the crop and that was fine. Farmer left it nice and clean. About 2 months later there was another crop on our land. We went to complain but they said they couldn’t do anything. They did offer 500 to use the land. We did not take the offer. (police report was made) Farmer paid us to be able to pick up crop) but left a mess. Come to find out from various neighbors that they do this to others as well and was also the reason the previous owners of our land had problems with them and returned it. Now my land needs to be cleaned and surveyed. Which will be around $700-1000."
"We purchased a lot from them with the understanding that our house we wnted to build was sufficient for the lot because we got approval through the sales man from the owner Kevin C. When we went back to get the developers approval letter they did not want to grant us the approval.After we signed the contact to buy the lot. Now they told use to build a bigger home that will cost us 15000 more than we budgeted for. At this point we are asking for our money back. This all happened on Friday now they are giving us the run around on the total refund of what we have paid into the account."
