Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"We rented a midsized SUV to be picked up at Harlingen Int Aiport. I did the online check-in while waiting at our lay-over. When we got to the desk, I handed the worker my license and she grabbed keys and paperwork and told us to have a nice day! So quick! We were nicely surprised with a Jeep Grand Cherokee for the weekend. The return was super easy as well. We parked the car and dropped the keys off at the desk in the airport. I will definitely be using Enterprise for future trips with how quickly and easily things went for us!"

"I arrived 2 hrs early. My scheduled appointment wasn't until noon but asked if there was a car available. They said nothing was available that early, which is ok since I was early. I was told to come back at noon and my car would be ready. I came back at noon and was told there would once again be a "significant wait" for my vehicle, even at my scheduled appointment time. I had to wait about another 45 minutes to get my vehicle. There were also about 6-8 other individuals in the lobby area waiting for cars. Once I finally got my car and walked out to it. I noticed that the paperwork was filled out in someone else's name. I had to go all the way back in to tell the staff that the paperwork was wrong. They stated they noticed that to as I was leaving, but yet, no one stopped me from leaving and walking to the vehicle. This was the worst service I have experienced at Enterprise."

"Be warned and take pictures of your rental!Picked up a car Sunday 2/18 at 11:30PMish to be returned on Tuesday morning 2/20. Upon signing the customer service rep informed me the vehicle I was getting had a big crack on the front windshield. I have rented from them on numerous occasions so I assumed they had this documented since he told me about it. I returned the vehicle Tuesday and get a call at 10:30AM telling me that there’s a large crack on the windshield that wasn’t there and unless I can provide documentation then they would file a claim against me. Thank God I still had my paper work because they were definitely going to try and get that windshield replaced at my expense. Unbelievably shady business practices and undocumented damage slipping through the cracks. If Hertz is open when I arrive now then I will just go there."

"An exceptional experience, with a prompt, proficient, and cordial staff. The staff was exceptionally courteous and patient, the vehicle was immaculate and brand-new, and the parking spot was within walking distance of the airport departure door with very reasonable rates. The application proved to be exceedingly beneficial. Returning was a breeze."
