"The blanket had a cigarette burn, the mattress was janky and the carpet has probably never been cleaned (vacuumed, but not cleaned properly) . Definitely not pet friendly. Pet tolerant... With a $200 deposit!"
"I only gave 3 stars because they kinda didn't honor an online reservation. We traveled for 8 hours to only get told that we had to pay extra to check in before 3. Their extra fee was equivalent to another whole day. Plus 40$ for a 3rd person when our room has 2 beds. Shouldn't 4 people be able to sleep in 2 queen beds? Hotels charging extra stuff behind the scenes has been an issue lately."
"The room was clean and comfortable. Service was good. Close to nearby restaurants. Sits right next door to another hotel, so be careful so that you don't walk into the other one and try to check in like I did."
"Rudest staff I’ve ever witnessed at a hotel. Completely unprofessional. We had friends visiting over and front desk lady said she will stalk the cameras to make sure they aren’t going to sleep there or they would charge us. All while we just needed a room to stay as our mom was in the ICU at the hospital close by. They made it as difficult as possible. Please do not stay here, you’re welcome in advance."
"After a 12hr drive and a bit of fatigue, they were the only ones who had a room available at 5am. Service was exceptionally good. And I was accommodated very well with my service animals. I highly recommend and look forward to my next trip to stay here again"
