"I just ordered 2 - 6 inch sandwiches. One tuna , one monster. Also 3 cookies. I get home and discover I only got the monster sandwich. No tuna. I try calling multiple times and the phone goes to a high pitch fax tone. Noone answers & no way to call. Now if I want my money back or sandwich I have to drive 12 miles. Spend the gas money so I lose all around !! Im sure this was a simple mistake but its very aggravating !!! I just paid the expensive price and hot no food. I guess everyone better look in their bag to ensure you got what u paid for. Smh"
"I ordered two Philly Steaks and neither of them had any meat on them. Received two sandwiches made of bread, green pepper and onion. Then, the employee on the phone was completely rude and refused to give me the owner’s name. Never again, and I will be contacting Subway corporate."
