"I recently had a very unpleasant experience while ordering food from Poke Bros in Shorewood. Not only was the service subpar, but the behavior of one of the employees was absolutely unacceptable. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed one of the employees biting their nails and cleaning their fingernails. This was already a major red flag for me, as personal hygiene is of utmost importance when handling food. It made me question the overall cleanliness and sanitation standards of the establishment. As I placed my order, I couldn't help but feel disgusted by the employee's lack of professionalism. It is highly unhygienic to bite nails and clean fingernails in a food preparation area. This behavior not only reflects poorly on the employee, but also on the restaurant as a whole. I couldn't enjoy my meal knowing that it had been prepared by someone who displayed such poor personal hygiene habits. I understand that mistakes can happen and employees may have off-days, but this level of negligence is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and professionalism when dining out or ordering food, and this experience fell far below those expectations. I strongly urge the restaurant management to address this issue and ensure that all employees adhere to proper hygiene practices. It is essential for the health and safety of the customers, as well as the reputation of the establishment. In conclusion, my experience ordering food from this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the employee's unhygienic behavior. I will not be returning and I would caution others to think twice before dining or ordering from this establishment."

"The pooke bowls were great. They were seriously like a sushi salad in a bowl. We had 2 High Tide (pictured below) which had chicken and shrimp. As for the meat portion, there's only like 3 shrimp diced up and as for the chicken... I couldn't really tell but there can't be more than 3 ounces. The bowls are really small. I placed a fork over the salad bowl for reference. Overall I would recommend you try it at least once. For me... this won't be a regular spo and probably won't be back anytime soon. Two salad bowls cost $31.67 with tax."

"My first time here. I build my own bowl. It like a sushi roll in a bowl. Very interesting. I like it. Even used chopsticks."
