"I grew up in Elgin. Most Mexican restaurants in Elgin have good food honestly. So you really can't go wrong if choosing a Mexican food night in this area. If you are craving a burrito though, these are my favorite burritos in town. The other food options here are good also, but the burritos are just awesome. I recommend the steak burrito with extra cheese. Their homemade red sauce has a really nice flavor too that I like better than the other east side restaurants. The waitresses are always friendly and the food usually comes out relatively fast."
