"I ordered 1 Large pizza online and according to online the food was supposed to be ready within 20-35 minutes. I got there to pick up the order after 35 minutes and was told they didn't see my online order and didn't even start the order. My food took an additional 30 minutes to ready. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience! Terrible customer service."

"We got wings from this place few months ago, and were very impressed…. Plump, moist, and tasty. Went back tonight looking forward to the same, but were rudely surprised with dried up, reheated, tasteless puny little wings."

"Had gone after ordering and paying online. We called in to confirm that the order would be ready in 30min before even being asked for the name on the order. When we arrived we did notice it was busy but hey we understood. After waiting for about 10min they asked the name for the order gave it to them and the items for the order and was told "5 minutes" waited and from there on got asked 5 more times throughout the course of 1hr 30min what the name of the order was and the items on it. THE ORDER WAS NEVER STARTED OR GIVEN TO US and they couldn't find my ticket to issue a refund. I will be calling my bank to start a claim. BE WEARY OF ORDERING AND PAYING ONLINE HERE"

"Last night I went to a place that has been on my list for quite a while. I went to Papa Saverios on 853 s Randall Rd in Elgin. It's a takeout and delivery place. While my pizza was cooking I chatted with the owner Sarah. She is a very nice and tries really hard to give her customers the best product. I went with the 14" sausage pizza. Very crispy and firm crust with a light dusting of cornmeal and cooked perfectly in that CUTLER oven. The sauce had some oregano and a very fresh tomato taste. The GRANDE cheese is the best and it's silky smooth with a great flavor. Dean's homemade sausage didn't disappoint. The sausage was very juicy and had a good amount of fennel. All of the ingredients just went together perfectly and you could almost taste the freshness of the ingredients. This was a damn good pizza and I highly recommend this place. ✨"

"Papa Saverio’s catered a party last night & everyone loved the food! The chicken vesuvio was flavorful & delicious. The wedge potatoes were a giant hit & the lasagna was absolutely wonderful. The delivery driver was very helpful. The manager who helped me place the order gave great suggestions and was very knowledgable about the menu items. Several people at the party asked me where the catering was from so they could order in the future. I also have to mention that Papa Saverio’s pizza is top tier, too. The double crust pizza is my personal favorite in the Chicago area. Thank you, Papa Saverio’s Elgin!"
