"I ordered a pizza and the driver doesn't have any change 1st so then I have to call Rosatis and pay with a credit card over the phone because the driver doesn't have change. So now the driver doesn't speak any English so he has to use my personal to speak to whoever meantime my pizza is getting cold. All good open the box and the pizza is all in 1 corner crust all bent. Call Rosatis and talk to ALONDO the MANAGER and does nothing. Worst Rosatis ever¡!!!!!!!!!!! Time to get a new manager also"

"I ordered a Chicago style. It was burnt on the top over cooked on the bottom. The toppings were slid over to one side. This is probably the second time that we had issues with this Rizzotti's. I believe this will be the last time we order.!"

"I should of listened to the reviews but Nancys closed and I figured we would try this place. Sure enough the pizza tasted bland no flavor at all Im not sure how that’s possible I ordered a 2 liter of 7up and they brought root beer they said they ran out of 7up so why take my order if you didn’t have it. I won’t be ordering here again sad Rosatis fell off ***Update it gets worse I need to give 1 star I found a piece of tape on my pizza I almost ate it gross it was literally cooked into my pizza This place needs to be shut down for health violations only God knows what is happening in that kitchen I will be calling the owner in the morning this is not right I want a full refund of my money ***Update the owner called this morning and apologized offered me a full refund and told me that is not the quality they offer and if we try to order from them again she assured it would be good I appreciated the call back and refund"

"Twice I have ordered from this location because they are open later. Twice my order wasn’t made correctly, items were forgotten as well. Poor quality in taste. I’ve been ordering Rosatis since I was a kid. This location is terrible with my 2 experiences. I won’t be ordering from here again. $60 waisted twice."
