"Food was good. I had BLT and it was "lite" on the sandwich but plenty of fries. Hubby had Reuben which was good. Son had burger which he said was good. Fun sitting by windows and watching small planes take off and land. Will come again. They have big breakfast menu which we will try next time."

"The food was decent, but not really mind blowing. I got a chicken bacon ranch wrap with fries. The portions were fair for the price. The food is priced on the lower end for the most part. So it won't break the bank to take the family here. The server was nice, friendly, and attentive. The layout felt somewhat like a diner, but with a bit of a home feel. I enjoyed the vibe. I went on a cold snowy day so there were no planes landing or taking off. I would still recommend giving it a try and bringing kids to see the planes. I'll be back when it's warmer!"
"Such a quaint, friendly, and delicious place for breakfast or lunch. Charlies is a small airport restaurant in Bolingbrook IL that we have been going to for 27+ years. The atmosphere is sorta like old dinner like but better. The food is outstanding with good size portions for the price. Great friendly service and entertaining for the small kids. The small aircraft landing strip is right near the windows and all the kids love watching the planes taxi up and park, they light up when the pilots walk in for a meal."
