"I'm not going to give a bad review because the food was fresh and the staff was nice. But I did have an issue. Maybe it's the modern times or just this specific restaurant. The food did not have that classic BK taste. It was bland. The last time I was there pre pandemic. The flavor was there too."

I spoke with Jim the manager, who did not like the fact that I complained about the poor quality of food.I have given this Burger King my money for the last time.Each time was the same,cold,hard and horrible.This manager does not care about the customer,but his paycheck and allowing poor quality of food to be eaten,whether you get sick or not.I have in the past,seen filthy floors with employees standing around doing nothing.This Manger needs to look at his reviews,because he claims no one else is complaining.I Will differ with that.PLease go to another Burger King and tell them you want all your food FRESH.The health department needs to pay this incompetent manager a visit and corporate needs to hear about Jim the manager as well."

"My recent visit to the Burger King in Elgin, Illinois, left me with a sense of disappointment. Burger King is a well-known fast-food chain, but this particular location didn't live up to my expectations. Firstly, the service was slow and inefficient. It took an unusually long time for me to place my order, and the staff appeared disorganized. The wait time for my food was longer than I've experienced at other Burger King restaurants. Cleanliness was also a concern. The dining area seemed neglected, with tables that were not properly cleaned, and trash cans overflowing. It created an unappealing atmosphere for dining in. When it came to the food, it was average at best. My burger was a bit overcooked, and the fries lacked the usual crispiness I associate with Burger King. It wasn't terrible, but it certainly didn't leave me craving for more. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the drive-thru service seemed more efficient than the dine-in experience. In summary, my visit to this Burger King location in Elgin was underwhelming. I hope they can improve their service speed, cleanliness, and food quality to match the standards set by other Burger King outlets. Until then, I might opt for a different fast-food choice when I'm in the area."
